Account Deletion Policy

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

1. Right to Delete Your Account

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Upon successful deletion:

Your profile information (name, contact details, professional and educational data) will be permanently removed
Your activity history (posts, messages, interactions) will be deleted or anonymized
Your account will no longer be accessible

Some content you shared may remain in anonymized form where it does not identify you personally.

3. How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account:

Use the in-app account deletion option (if available), OR
Send an email to support@aftertrials.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Requests must be sent from the email address associated with your account. We may request additional verification if needed.

4. Processing Time

We will process your request within 7–14 business days. You will receive confirmation once your account has been deleted.

5. Data Retention After Deletion

We may retain limited information after account deletion where necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, or for legitimate business and audit purposes. Any retained data will be restricted, minimized, and securely stored.
