Cancellation & Subscription Policy

1. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, future billing will be stopped and you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. How to Cancel

iOS (Apple App Store):
Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Select After Trials → Cancel Subscription

Android (Google Play Store):
Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Select After Trials → Cancel Subscription

Web:
Log in at https://aftertrials.com → Subscription Settings → Cancel Subscription / Disable Auto-Renewal

3. Auto-Renewal Terms

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may disable auto-renewal at any time by following the cancellation steps above.

4. No Partial Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.

5. Data & Feature Access After Cancellation

After your subscription expires, your account will revert to the free or restricted tier. Access to premium features will be removed, but your account data will remain stored unless you choose to delete your account.

6. Billing Issues & Exceptions

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at team@aftertrials.com. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

7. Platform-Specific Policies

If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, your subscription is also subject to their respective billing and refund policies.
