1. General Refund Policy

All purchases made on After Trials are generally non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused features, or change of mind after purchase.

If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, After Trials does not have the ability to process refunds for these transactions. You must request a refund directly through the platform:

4. Web Purchases (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal)

Refunds are only issued in cases of verified billing errors or system failures. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge. Renewal charges are not refundable if cancellation was not completed before the billing date.
