How do I verify my medical credentials?

After signing up, you will be asked to submit your credentials (such as medical license, university ID, or institutional affiliation). Our team reviews submissions manually or via verification systems. Once approved, your account will be marked as verified.

Who can join After Trials?

After Trials is designed for verified healthcare professionals, medical students, and academic and research professionals. Access may be restricted if verification requirements are not met.

I submitted my documents but I'm not verified yet

Verification may take 24–72 hours. If delayed, contact support with your registered email.


💳 Subscriptions & Billing

Is After Trials free to use?

Yes, After Trials offers a free tier with basic features. Premium plans unlock additional tools such as advanced networking, visibility, and opportunities.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, billing errors or technical issues may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for details.

How is my data protected?

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure storage systems, and restricted internal access. We do not sell your personal data.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can request account deletion anytime via in-app settings or by emailing support@aftertrials.com. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.


🏥 Medical Content & Safety

Can I share clinical cases or images?

Yes, but strict rules apply: no identifiable patient information, all data must be fully anonymized, and you must have proper authorization. Violations may lead to account suspension.

Is this platform for medical advice?

No. After Trials is for educational and professional discussion only. It is not a diagnostic or treatment platform.
